Due to our EN 3834-2 standardization, we have a very strict fabrication procedure that we follow.
- Materials are prepared for cutting after shot-blasting and shop primer applications.
- Each cut item is stamped with a heat number in order to make traceability possible.
- All cut items are delivered to CNC tables for punching and bevelling.
- Dimension control is undertaken by the quality control team before welding.
After dimension control is completed, each item is sent to welding while the certified welders are informed by WPS.
- Welded and cleaned items are then painted according to the client requirements.
- Painted items are once again checked by the quality control team for any defects.
- Painted items are finally stacked appropriately within the stock area ready for delivery to the construction site.
- Our skilled erectors at the construction site unload the fabricated items for erection on site.
- Technical support teams are always available to investigate and provide solutions both on-site and in the work-shop.
FOR COLD-FORMED STEEL SECTIONS
We are able to manufacture up to S460 quality galvanized light gauge steel sections at our roll-former machine.
Each manufactured section coming out of the roll-former machine is also marked for tracibility and controlled for dimensions by the quality control team.
